The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to protect any information concerning identified or identifiable natural persons, customers, suppliers, and other third parties who have a relationship with the Company (the “Owner”), regulating the use and protection of the Owner's Personal Data, through its legitimate, controlled, and informed processing, in order to guarantee its privacy, as well as the right of the Holder to informational self-determination, in accordance with Article 14 of the Law.

To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we will use the following personal identification data (the “Personal Data”): Full name;

The Company, as the entity responsible for the possession of the Owner's Personal Data, is obliged to comply with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility established by the Law and its Regulations. For this reason, based on articles 12, 13 and 14 of the Law, the Company undertakes to keep the Owner's Personal Data strictly confidential, as well as to maintain the administrative, technical and physical security measures that protect them against any damage, loss, alteration, access, use, disclosure or unauthorized treatment.
The Personal Data of the Owner will be managed indefinitely, starting from the date on which the Owner provides it to the Person in Charge. The Owner may object to the management of the Personal Data in accordance with their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (“ARCO”) in accordance with articles 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32 of the Law. Likewise, in terms of the provisions of Articles 27, 28, 29, 30 of the Law, the Owner of the Personal Data has the right, at any time, to exercise their ARCO rights in relation to the processing of their Personal Data in the possession of the Company, by means of a request via email to the email address contacto@singularlaw.mx, addressed to Silvia Reyes, or by written notification to the Company's address. In accordance with Article 28 of the Law, the request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition of Personal Data must contain and be accompanied by the following:
1. Name and address of the Owner or other means of communicating the response to the request;
2. The documents proving the identity of the Owner or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the person making the request;
3. The clear and precise description of the Personal Data with respect to which the person seeks to exercise any of the aforementioned rights;
4. The description of the aforementioned right that the person intends to exercise, or the request that they wish to make with respect to their Personal Data in the possession of the Responsible Party; and
5. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of your Personal Data.
In the event of requesting the rectification of Personal Data, additionally the Owner or his representative, must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation that supports his request.
In accordance with Article 31 of the Law, the Responsible Party shall communicate to the Owner, within a maximum period of twenty business days, counted from the date on which the request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition was received, the determination adopted, so that, if appropriate, it may be made effective within fifteen days following the date on which the response is communicated. However, this period may be extended only once for an equal period, when justified by the circumstances of the case.
Your personal data may be transferred to third parties, for the fulfillment of the obligations and services that the Company offers you in necessary cases, therefore, in this act you grant your consent to the Company so that it is authorized to transfer your personal data.
You can revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important to bear in mind that we will not be able to respond to your request or terminate the use of your data immediately in all cases, as it is possible that we may be required by law to continue processing your Personal Data. Likewise, you should consider that, for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that we cannot continue to provide you with the service you requested from us, or the termination of your relationship with us.
